TanukiTrade Community Guidelines

1. Purpose of the Community

These Community Guidelines apply primarily to the TanukiTrade Discord server and, where applicable, to other TanukiTrade community spaces.

The TanukiTrade community exists to provide a collaborative environment for users of TanukiTrade analytical tools and for advanced options traders interested in:

• structured educational discussion,
• general informational and educational discussion of market mechanics and technical concepts
• exchange of knowledge related to analytical methodologies and tool usage.

This community is not:

• an investment advisory service,
• a signal group,
• a portfolio management or copy-trading platform.

Participation in the community is voluntary and subject to these Community Guidelines.

2. Community Scope and Quality Standards

This is an advanced options trading community.

We encourage:

• high-quality, structured discussions,
• multi-leg options strategies,
• educational breakdowns of trades and market mechanics.

The following content may be removed:

• low-effort or sensational trading posts,
• YOLO-style speculation,
• single-leg option gambling without analytical context.

This is not a WallStreetBets-style community and not a trade signal group.

3. Community Structure and Access Levels

Community access may depend on membership level.

Examples:

• Free users may post only in designated public channels (e.g. #free-chat).
• PRO or PREMIUM channels, tools, and bots may be restricted to eligible users.
• Free users may not use bots or post in restricted areas.

Access rules may change over time.

4. Community-Driven Content

TanukiTrade operates a community-driven discussion environment.

This means:

• content is primarily created by users,
• PREMIUM members may share their own trades or portfolios for educational discussion purposes only,
• content does not originate solely from TanukiTrade administrators.

TanukiTrade does not verify, approve, endorse, or validate user-generated content. TanukiTrade does not curate, select, or promote user content as investment-related guidance. Moderation actions or the visibility of content do not imply approval, endorsement, or validation of any user content by TanukiTrade.

5. User-Generated Content Clarification

All content posted by community members represents the personal views of the individual user who created it. Such content is not reviewed, approved, endorsed, or adopted by TanukiTrade. TanukiTrade acts solely as a neutral technology platform hosting user-generated discussions.

User-generated content does not represent official analysis, research, recommendations, or views of TanukiTrade. Content shared within community spaces does not constitute investment research or financial analysis prepared in accordance with regulatory standards applicable to regulated financial institutions.

6. Regulatory and Legal Position

TanukiTrade operates as a software and analytical tool provider and does not provide regulated financial services.

Community spaces must not be used for activities that may constitute regulated investment services under applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Hungarian Capital Markets Act (Act CXXXVIII of 2007 – "Bszt.")
• EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II – Directive 2014/65/EU)
• or equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions.

TanukiTrade does not monitor user compliance with financial regulations and assumes no responsibility for user regulatory obligations.

7. Prohibited Regulated Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited within community spaces:

• providing personalized investment advice to another user;
• giving explicit buy / sell / short instructions or trading signals;
• managing or supervising another person's trades or portfolio;
• advertising managed accounts, copy-trading, or signal services;
• receiving, transmitting, or facilitating trade orders;
• acting as an investment adviser, broker, or intermediary without authorization;
• presenting content as professional or regulated investment research;
• publishing price targets presented as expected outcomes,
• stating probabilistic outcomes as expected market direction,
• implying guaranteed outcomes or risk-free returns.

Clarification

General discussion of market structure, support/resistance levels, option open interest concentrations, gamma/delta exposure, or similar concepts is allowed only as educational commentary and does not imply any trading direction and must not be interpreted as actionable trade intent.

Each user is solely responsible for determining whether their activity complies with financial regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

No user may present content as trading signals or actionable trade instructions.

8. No Investment Advice / No Trading Signals

Nothing posted within TanukiTrade community spaces constitutes:

• investment research,
• investment advice,
• investment recommendations,
• personal recommendations,
• trading signals.

Administrators and moderators do not provide trade calls. All trading and investment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the individual user. Moderators and administrators participate as community facilitators only and do not provide regulated financial services.

Any references to trades, strategies, levels, probabilities, or examples shared within the community are illustrative discussions only and must not be interpreted as advice, recommendations, or signals. Any participation by administrators or moderators is for general discussion purposes only and does not create any advisory relationship or fiduciary duty.

9. Promotions and Self-Advertising

Allowed:

• TanukiTrade-related discussions,
• authorized TradingView charts and tool-related content.

Not allowed:

• promotion of external trading groups,
• selling signals, mentorships, or courses,
• advertising personal trading services or social media without permission.

Partnership inquiries must be directed through official TanukiTrade support channels.

10. Conduct and Integrity

Members must:

• remain civil and respectful,
• keep discussions constructive and high-quality,
• avoid harassment, bullying, or personal attacks.

Spam, disruptive behavior, or excessive low-value content may result in moderation actions.

11. Security and Scam Warning

TanukiTrade will never:

• contact users privately to request funds,
• offer investment opportunities via direct messages,
• sell subscriptions, mentorships, or "lifetime access" outside official platforms.

Any such contact should be treated as a scam.

12. Server Policy and Moderation Rights

Community spaces are provided as a convenience service.

TanukiTrade reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• remove content,
• restrict access,
• suspend or permanently ban users

in order to maintain compliance, safety, and community quality including content that may create regulatory, compliance or legal risk.

13. User Responsibility

Each user is solely responsible for:

• their own trading and investment decisions,
• independent research and due diligence,
• risk management,
• compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

TanukiTrade assumes no liability for actions taken based on community discussions.

14. Relationship to Other Legal Documents

These Community Guidelines apply in addition to and together with:

• the TanukiTrade Terms of Service,
• the Risk and Options Trading Disclaimer.

By participating in community spaces, users agree to comply with all applicable policies.
