Billing and trial
Manage your plan, invoices, and payment method in the Member Area. Check the subscription details and confirmation before making a billing change.
Choose the billing period
Monthly, quarterly, and annual PRO plans include the same toolkit. The billing period and price differ. For current amounts and offers, use the pricing page and the checkout summary.
Understand the 7-day trial
The trial lets you evaluate PRO before the first subscription payment. Checkout saves a payment method. Review the trial end and next payment shown in your subscription details; the plan becomes paid if it has not been cancelled before the first charge. Only one trial per person is permitted.
The published Terms state that cancelling during the trial immediately revokes software, indicator, and closed-community access. It also stops the future trial conversion charge. This differs from cancelling an already paid subscription at period end.
Read Sections 6 and 17 of the Terms of Service for the trial and cancellation conditions.
Open the billing portal
- Sign inOpen the Member Area with your account email, TradingView username, and email code.
- Open My AccountFind the subscription-management section.
- Select Manage SubscriptionReview the available billing actions and your subscription status.
The portal provides invoices, payment-method changes, available plan changes, and cancellation. For a plan change, review its effective date and any charge or credit before confirming. The login email and TradingView username are handled through support.
Cancel a trial or paid subscription
Stop the conversion charge
Complete cancellation before the first charge and retain its confirmation. Under the Terms, trial access ends when you cancel.
Check the paid-through date
Period-end cancellation stops renewal while retaining access for the paid period. Check the confirmed end date in your subscription details.
After submitting cancellation, verify the recorded status and confirmation. Closing the browser, removing an indicator, leaving Discord, or disconnecting Discord does not cancel a subscription. If you cannot open the portal, contact private support promptly with the account and subscription details.
A payment failed or a charge looks wrong
Check the invoice and payment status in Manage Subscription. If an invoice is outstanding, use the portal’s available payment or payment-method update action. If access does not return after the payment is confirmed, contact support.
For an unexpected or apparently duplicated charge, compare its date, amount, currency, and status with the portal invoices. Send those references privately for review. A pending bank entry and a completed payment should not be assumed to be the same issue.
No-Expiration Access
This is a separate access option with eligibility and scope defined in Section 18 of the Terms of Service. The published eligibility includes at least 30 days as an active PRO subscriber. Check the offer shown in your Member Area or ask support about eligibility, included tools, and ongoing access before purchasing.
Refund questions
Paid purchases are generally non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Section 6 describes a discretionary partial-refund review for requests made within 24 hours of the initial charge, with deductions if approved. It is not automatic or guaranteed.
For the exact conditions and current deductions, read the refund policy in the Terms. Contact private support with the charge date and invoice reference.
