Getting Started
Where to get help.
Find the right place for account support, product questions, or technical issues.
Discord is for product questions and community help.
| What you need help with | Where to go |
|---|---|
| Account, sign-in, subscription, payment, trial, or changes to your login email or TradingView username | Webchat: chat.tanukitrade.com |
| How to use an indicator, the WebApp, or a Discord bot command | Discord: newbies-n-basics |
| Technical issues that remain after following the troubleshooting guide | Discord: tech-support |
| Questions that require attachments or a written record | Email: support@tanukitrade.com |
| REST API or MCP setup | API overview and MCP connection guide. Your personal API key is available in your WebApp account. You do not need to request it from support. |
Before contacting support
Check the relevant guide first. You may be able to resolve the issue or complete the task directly in your account.
The billing guide shows how to download invoices, change an available plan, or cancel. You do not need to contact support for those tasks.
What to include
- What you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected.
- The affected tool or page; for analytics questions, the symbol, expiry view, and time with timezone.
- Your browser and device, plus any troubleshooting steps already tried.
- A relevant screenshot with sensitive information hidden.
Keep login codes, API keys, payment details, and personal account information out of public Discord posts. Use webchat or email for account-specific questions.
For Discord questions, check the channel's pinned messages before posting.
Can't access Discord?
If you cannot access the server or member channels, use the webchat or email support. You do not need access to a Discord support channel to ask for help with Discord access.
